Elbert Partners for Health (EPH) was created in 2017 to create a thriving, educated, healthy, and hopeful community. We strongly believe that outside factors such as zip code, income, race, religion, education, etc. should not prevent individuals from the opportunity to attain their highest level of health. We have joined together with over 40 partners within the community to help diminish the barriers that may prevent individuals and communities from reaching their full potential.
